This is a critical connection, which exists, but is not currently designated as a trail. Part of it is also under restoration along the San Luis Rey. There is some poison oak east of Capistrano Park, but none appears to present from Capistrano to the Harbor. Capistrano Park could serve as a hub for Tuley Canyon, as there is parking , and bathrooms. There is also parking at the beach.
